Thanks to a grant from the Dundee Township Mental Health Board, Mathers Recovery provides expanded access to addiction treatment, mental-health care, and overdose-prevention resources for Dundee Township residents.

Q4 2025 update: We hosted two community outreach events in December while continuing Narcan distribution and peer support services.

    • 12/17/2025 – Outreach table at Walmart (Carpentersville) (flyers + Narcan distribution: 2 hours)
    • 12/23/2025 – Outreach table at Dundee Public Library (flyers + Narcan distribution: 2 hours)

Q4 2025 Highlights

October – December –  2025 Q4 Newsletter: Dundee Township

  • Weekly Narcan restocking at 6 Dundee Township gas stations, maintaining at least 12 units of Narcan available at all timesPDF List of Locations – Click Here
  • 60 Mathers Recovery pamphlets distributed at participating merchant sites.
  • 3 hours of Narcan training provided for gas-station staff and community members.
  • Community outreach events: Walmart (Carpentersville) on 12/17/2025 and Dundee Public Library on 12/23/2025 (flyers + Narcan distribution; 2 hours each).
  • Peer support: 16 Dundee Township clients selected for peer support services; ongoing 1:1 support and resource navigation, with Narcan provided to select clients/families.
  • Total grant service time in Q4: 22 hours (peer support + outreach/training + coordination/website updates).

Peer Support Spotlight

    Dundee Township clients are eligible for free peer support for recovery coaching, advocacy, and resource navigation. In Q4 2025, we served 16 Dundee Township clients through peer support, with a continued focus on overdose prevention and linkage to care. To request peer support, call (847) 462-6099 and mention you live in Dundee Township.
